Habits can be good, or they can be bad.
What is a habit?
A habit is a behavior done with little or no conscious thought.
Successful people have formed good habits, unsuccessful people have formed bad habits.
So what habits do you have and are they helping or hindering your progress?

Are there things that you can change?
What is in your current routine that doesn't add value to your goal?
Every action has a reaction so be intentional about the actions you take because these will influence the results.
